LISTING Fee -  FREE - To list a normal retail item on Auction is Free for Sellers.

Note: If the item does not sell, there are no further fees due. However, sellers do pay success fees if an item is sold on auction over its reserve price. This is deducted from the Sellers account.

LISTING EXTRAS - In all cases there will be additional Fees for Extra Listing features, such as:

VIRTUAL WEBSITE (Store) SETUP & MAINTENANCE FEES

RETAIL WEBSTORE FEES - The Fees below are for Virtual Website (Retail Store) Setup and Ongoing Maintenance Fees only - to allow Customers to Setup their Web site with their own sub-domain name, branding, logo and Web presence.  They can also List Products and Maintain their own store via a SASell  Virtual Website. These store fees are set very low to encourage New Store owners, at less than R1 per item per month, and include all special listing fees. (Property store fees are structured differently , see below)

The benefit of owning a webstore is instantly having your own brand, product listings, online selling capability for very low cost and your own subdomain name eg http://StarCarSales.sasell.co.za/. 

NOTE -  In addition, all sales of normal Retail Items/Products from a Virtual Website are ALSO subject to Success fees per each item sold, at the same fee rates as for normal Auction items above. (Properties, however, do not carry success fees)

Basic Retail Store	up to 30 items,   R 30.00, recurring every 30 days
Medium Retail Store	up to 100 items, R 60.00, recurring every 30 days
Advanced Retail Store	up to 200 items, R 100.00, recurring every 30 days

PROPERTY AUCTION FEES - Conditions

Due to the legal complexities involved in settling Property Sales, any Properties advertised on SASell  are NOT treated as typical retail Auction items. As opposed to normal retail items, the contact details of the Seller are made available to the Buyer within the Sellers listing. Although offers can be made on any Property advertised via SASell , it is up to the Buyer and Seller to reach final agreement on a price using Buy Now or Make an Offer, and conclude payments between themselves outside of the SASell online site. Success fees are FREE. The only fees applicable to Real Estate products are Initial Listing Fees - See below.

Any WebStores set up for Real Estate purposes, have a different Fee structure - see below. Normal Retail Virtual Website (Store) Fees do not apply to a Real Estate Virtual WebSite (Store).
